Ellen Grealish is Partner and Co-founder of FlexProfessionals, a niche staffing firm that specializes in part-time, hybrid and remote work opportunities. Founded in 2010 and serving the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) metro area, FlexProfessionals has made the Inc5000 fastest growing companies list five consecutive years and has been featured on the Today Show and ABC7/WJLA-TV as well as in The Washington Post and Forbes.

 

Ellen leads the firm’s sales, marketing, and account management teams. She is an expert in helping small to mid-sized businesses in the DMV area find creative, affordable staffing solutions through the adoption of flexible and part-time work models. She has also been instrumental in helping local employers strengthen and diversify their workforces through hiring practices that attract candidates facing barriers to employment.  These include women returning to work after extended career breaks, women of color, and military family members. She is a frequent speaker on staffing and hiring trends, and consults with organizations to help them effectively and efficiently compete for top talent so they can achieve their next level of growth.

 

Prior to founding FlexProfessionals, Ellen worked in strategic sales, marketing, and consulting for Fortune 500 companies. She held various sales development and marketing roles at Hewlett-Packard and was a senior consultant for Accenture, managing on projects in the USA and the UK.

 

Ellen currently serves as a member of the CARE Nominations Team for Northern Virginia Family Services (NVFS) which commends companies for using outstanding culture and employee engagement strategies to create the best places to work across the DC Metro Region and is a volunteer at Women Giving Back (WGB), which assists women and children in crisis by distributing clothing at no cost.
