Madhusudan (Madhu) Reddy is a Northern Virginia-based technology executive with 25 years of experience building organizations, launching new capabilities, and leading largescale transformation across financial services and emerging technology. He currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Republic Bank (Chicago), where he leads enterprise technology strategy, digital innovation, and an AI program focused on improving how the bank serves customers and competes.

 

Before Republic Bank, Madhu spent 16 years at Popular Bank in senior tech leadership roles spanning global operations and transformation across multiple countries and markets.

 

He served on the board of Executive Service Corps — a nonprofit that embeds executives as pro-bono advisors to under-resourced organizations. Through that work, he partnered directly with mission-driven nonprofits that had strong purpose but needed operational and strategic expertise to grow and sustain their impact.

 

Madhu advises early-stage technology companies and speaks regularly on AI, digital transformation, and financial services innovation.
