With a career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Saunders has held influential positions at industry giants such as Verizon, SAIC, Jacobs, and Huntington Ingalls.

For the past quarter-century, Mr. Saunders has dedicated his focus and passion to supporting the missions and needs of Intelligence Community customers. As a seasoned and solutions-oriented executive, he has successfully translated complex enterprise needs and technological resources into innovative, high-impact business solutions.

His leadership style is marked by a relentless pursuit of success, evident in his ability to shape effective strategies, build and lead global high-performance teams, and execute technology initiatives that deliver both immediate results and sustainable gains. Mr. Saunders is a recognized change agent with a proficiency in diverse environments, having excelled in Fortune 100 and government organizations alike.

Mr. Saunders holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Norfolk State University and earned an MBA from Averett University. His commitment to professional development is underscored by certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Masters Certificate in Federal Government Contracting from Villanova University.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, contributing his insights to the broader strategic landscape. Additionally, he was a valued member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Urban League for several years, showcasing his commitment to community development.
